Self-Worth
Happy Monday (or Tuesday or whenever you are reading this)!
I want to invite you to consider that you have more power over how you see yourself than you may think. It is not necessary to base your self-worth on whims of the circumstances that surround you. You get to choose.
So right now, pick three words and write them down. How do you want to see yourself in three words? Then after each word write out how you know that each quality is inside you. What evidence do you have that that quality is already in you?
Remember what you choose to focus on expands. Choose wisely.
When we feel doubtful, anxious, depressed, our minds don’t want to remember who we really are or want to be. That is why we need to write it down and keep it close. You will become a force to be reckoned with.
I love to think of myself as this quiet yet powerful force of Love.
